If your event is postponed, marked TBD, or rescheduled, your tickets will usually remain valid for the new event date.
Will I receive new tickets?
If your existing tickets remain valid, you will simply use those tickets when the event takes place.
If the venue requires new tickets for the updated event, SeatGeek or the seller will provide them to you.
For more info on common reasons for reissuing tickets, see here: Why were my tickets reissued?
Will I get a refund if my event is postponed?
Because postponed or rescheduled events are still expected to occur and your tickets will remain valid for entry, refunds are generally not offered for these events unless required by applicable state laws.
What if I can’t attend the new date?
If you cannot attend the rescheduled event date, you may be able to resell your tickets on the SeatGeek Marketplace.
You can learn more about selling tickets here: How to sell tickets on SeatGeek
Postponed vs canceled events
A postponed or rescheduled event is not considered canceled. These events are expected to occur at a later date.
If your event has been officially canceled instead, please see: What happens if my event is canceled?
Replacement tickets may be required if the event venue changes. When that happens, the new tickets may not be in the exact same location, but SeatGeek will work to provide seats of similar value and experience.
