How do I add and use tickets in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet?

Google Wallet and Apple Wallet are display options that let you quickly present eligible tickets at the venue. Tickets must be delivered to you first—through SeatGeek or another ticketing platform—before they can be added to a mobile wallet.

For some events (including certain NCAA events), venues may require tickets to be displayed from Google Wallet or Apple Wallet. This requirement depends on the venue or host school’s ticketing rules.

Before you start

  • Not all tickets support Wallet. Availability depends on the venue and the ticketing platform.
  • If your tickets are eligible, you’ll usually see an Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet button on the same page where your tickets/barcodes appear.
  • Important: After you add a ticket to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, the ticket may no longer appear in your SeatGeek account or the third-party platform. This does not change how the ticket was delivered—your mobile wallet becomes the place you’ll display the ticket for entry.

Adding delivered tickets to your wallet

From your SeatGeek account

  1. Go to Tickets and select your event to view your tickets/barcodes.
  2. Scroll until you see Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
  3. Tap the button and follow the prompts to finish adding your ticket(s).

From an NCAA host school or venue account

  1. Sign in (or create an account) with the host school or venue’s ticketing site/app.
  2. If you create a new account, use the same email address where you received the tickets.
  3. Open your tickets and tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
  4. Select Done to complete the add-to-wallet process.

From other third-party platforms

  1. Open the third-party platform where your tickets are displayed.
  2. Look near the ticket barcode/QR code for Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.

Accessing your tickets in Google Wallet or Apple Wallet

I’m having trouble adding my tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet

Some tickets can’t be added to mobile wallets. Common examples include certain VIP passes, special offer tickets, tickets that must be printed, or tickets that must be presented in another physical format. Eligibility can also vary by venue and ticketing platform.
