SeatGeek’s standard policy is that all ticket sales are final. Ticket orders are typically processed through venues or independent sellers, and once confirmed, they cannot be modified or returned. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded unless one of the specific situations below applies.
When can I cancel my order?
1. You purchased Refundable Tickets at checkout
If you added the optional Refundable Tickets service when completing your purchase, you may cancel your entire order up to 48 hours before the event start time.

2. Your event was officially canceled
If the venue or promoter officially cancels your event, your order will be handled according to SeatGeek’s Buyer Guarantee.

3. Your order qualifies under SeatGeek’s Buyer Guarantee
In limited circumstances defined by SeatGeek’s Buyer Guarantee or applicable local laws, an order may qualify for a refund or other resolution. Eligibility is determined based on the specific terms of the policy.

What cannot be changed after purchase
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded outside of the exceptions above.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for different seats or sections.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different event.
- The quantity of tickets in an order cannot be increased or decreased.
