If you lost shipped tickets or a wristband
If your tickets or wristband were physically delivered and then lost, please contact us by scrolling down and tapping Contact Support while viewing your order. Click here to see how.
We can request that the seller reissue your tickets or convert them to an electronic format. However, this is not always possible, and replacements are not guaranteed.
If you can’t find your electronic tickets
If you’re unable to locate your tickets in your email or account, it does not necessarily mean they are lost.
Many electronic tickets—especially mobile transfers—are only delivered closer to the event date.
To check your ticket status:
- Go to the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account
- Review the delivery method and expected delivery timing
