How do I contact SeatGeek support?

You can use the SeatGeek app to contact the vendor of your tickets in just a few taps. Just head to the Me tab of your SeatGeek account and tap Get Help in our Android app or Help & Support in our iOS app.

1. Open the SeatGeek app and tap Tickets.

2. Scroll to Contact Support.

3. You can call or email our team of Event Experts for help every day from 10 AM EST - 6 PM EST.


You can also head to Me and tap Get Help to reach out to our team of Event Experts.

What if I don't know who the seller is?

If you’re unsure who the seller is, check your order confirmation email which should contain the seller’s name and contact information. The transaction record on your credit card statement may also include a contact phone number. In case it helps, we've also put together a handy list of contact information for markets whose tickets most commonly appear on SeatGeek.
