I lost my ticket or wristband. What do I do?

If you lost the ticket or wristband that was shipped to you, then contact us by scrolling down and tapping Contact Support while viewing your order. Click here to see how. 

We can make a request for the seller to reissue your tickets or convert them to an electronic format. However, this is not something all sellers can do so there is no guarantee that they will be able to accommodate this request. 

If you can't find your electronic tickets, then it's possible that the tickets aren't available yet. Try checking the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account for information about how and when your tickets will be delivered. Click here to learn more about how tickets are delivered.
