Sometimes venues may provide sellers with tickets that are a few rows closer than your original order, known as upgraded tickets. If your order has been upgraded, you will see the new tickets uploaded to your SeatGeek account or in your inbox as a third-party email.
If an upgrade is more than five rows, our team of Event Experts will reach out to you via the phone number or email address associated with your account to notify you and confirm that you're okay with the new tickets. For more information, click here.
