My tickets aren't working. What should I do?

Once your order is confirmed, it's backed by our Buyer Guarantee. If your tickets aren't working when you get to an event, contact our team and we can provide you with a full refund for your order or comparable replacement tickets to the event. 

Tap or click Contact Support while viewing your order in your SeatGeek account and our team of Event Experts will be sure to help you via chat, phone, or email. You can also contact us by tapping Support in the Me tab of the SeatGeek app.
