How do I contact someone about a question or problem with my order?

If SeatGeek is listed as the seller on the tickets page, message us here! Otherwise, you will get the fastest answer by contacting the seller of your tickets directly.

If you’re unsure who the seller is, check your order confirmation email which should contain the seller’s name and contact information. The transaction record on your credit card statement may also include a contact phone number. In case it helps, we've also put together a handy list of contact information for markets whose tickets most commonly appear on SeatGeek:

If your order has been placed with one of the sellers above please note SeatGeek doesn't own or sell those tickets, handle the payment, or fulfill or ship the tickets, so we don't have insight into their ticket orders or deliveries.
