If SeatGeek is listed as the seller on the tickets page, message us here! Otherwise, you will get the fastest answer by contacting the seller of your tickets directly.

Reaching out about your order on Android

1. Open the SeatGeek app and tap Tickets.

2. Scroll to Contact Support.

3. You can call or email our team of Event Experts for help.


You can also head to Me and tap Get Help to call or email our team.


What if I don't know who the seller is?

If you’re unsure who the seller is, check your order confirmation email which should contain the seller’s name and contact information. The transaction record on your credit card statement may also include a contact phone number. In case it helps, we've also put together a handy list of contact information for markets whose tickets most commonly appear on SeatGeek.
