How do I contact SeatGeek customer service?

You can contact our team by heading to the Me tab of your SeatGeek account and tapping Get Help in our Android app or Help & Support in our iOS app. You can also tap the ellipses at the top right corner of the My Tickets section of the app, then select Help & Support.


We are currently seeing a high volume of outreach due to changes and cancellations caused by Covid-19. To allow us to help as many fans as possible, please do not reach out with a refund request, as they will be processed automatically for events that meet the criteria. You can email our team of Event Experts from 10 AM EST - 8 PM EST by clicking or tapping Contact Support when viewing your order in the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account. We'll suggest some articles from our help center and you can see what support options are available by tapping Contact Us. Phone support will be available 24 hours before your event in case any urgent last-minute issues pop up. 

We suggest contacting our team via the methods available in the SeatGeek app and website, as it's possible that the phone numbers and email addresses found on other sites might not be legitimate. Check out the videos below to see how.

2. Scroll to Contact Support. You can view an article from our help center or tap Contact Us to contact our team. 

3. Select how you'd like to contact our team of Event Experts. We're available every day from 10 AM EST - 8 PM EST.

What if SeatGeek wasn't the seller of the tickets?

If you’re unsure who the seller is, check your order confirmation email which will contain the seller’s name and contact information. The transaction record on your credit card statement may also include a contact phone number. If you did not purchase your tickets from SeatGeek, please contact your original point of purchase for any order, delivery, or refund related inquiries. 

If your order was placed with Telecharge prior to 2021, please note that SeatGeek doesn't own or sell those tickets, handle the payment, or fulfill or ship the tickets, so we don't have insight into their ticket orders or deliveries. You can look into their contact information and policies, here!
