Did my order go through?

When you order tickets through SeatGeek, we’ll communicate important email updates with you. We also help you keep track of your order's status in the "My Tickets" section of your account. If you haven't received any emails, check your spam folder or login to your SeatGeek account and check "My Tickets" on SeatGeek or the SeatGeek app to find the latest info.

If you purchased tickets from a SeatGeek listing and cannot locate your tickets, message us here and we'll work with you to locate your tickets.
