After placing an order on SeatGeek, you’ll receive email updates about your order status. Most orders are either confirmed or canceled within 24 hours. You can also check your order status anytime in the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account.
When you place an order, SeatGeek will send updates to the email address used during checkout. These updates will let you know if your order is:

Pending – The seller is confirming they can fulfill your order.

Confirmed – Your order is secured and your tickets will be delivered.

Fulfilled – Your tickets have been delivered to your account, email, or shipping address.

Canceled – The seller was unable to fulfill the order.
Most orders are confirmed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
How to check your order status
You can always check the status of your order by logging into your SeatGeek account and visiting the Tickets section.
This page will show your order status and information about how and when your tickets will be delivered.
If you haven't received an email
If you don’t see an order confirmation or update email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm you are logged into the correct SeatGeek account.
- Check the Tickets section of your account for order updates.
