First, make sure you are presenting your tickets in the correct format. For example, a venue may require you to display your ticket digitally off of a mobile device instead of as a printed ticket.
Second, if you are displaying your tickets off of a mobile device, make sure that your brightness is all the way up so that the ticket scanning device can properly read it.
