How do I link my team or venue account to SeatGeek?

If your tickets are eligible, you can link your team or venue account to SeatGeek using a secure connection email. Once linked, your tickets may be available to view or resell on SeatGeek.


How to connect your account

If your tickets or account are eligible for linking, you’ll receive an email from SeatGeek with the subject line:

“Finish connecting your account”

To link your account:

  1. Open the email from SeatGeek
  2. Click the link to begin connecting your account
  3. Sign in to your team or venue account when prompted
  4. Follow the steps to complete the connection

Once connected, your tickets may appear in your SeatGeek account (if supported by the team or venue).


What happens after I link my account?

After linking:

  • Your tickets may appear in your SeatGeek account
  • You may be able to list eligible tickets for resale on SeatGeek's Marketplace
  • You can manage tickets without switching between accounts
