No. Some tickets are delivered automatically, while others require you to send them.
If you're not sure whether you need to take action, see Do I need to send my tickets to the buyer?
What happens if I miss the deadline?
If tickets are not delivered on time, the sale may not be completed successfully. To avoid issues and penalties, make sure you send your tickets as soon as possible after they sell.
Failing to complete the transfer in a timely manner, providing an invalid ticket, or failing to deliver the ticket triggers a penalty between 150% and 200% of the ticket price you established. The exact penalty within the 150%-200% range is determined by the costs to remedy the issue with the buyer.
If any of the above circumstances occur, SeatGeek reserves the right, and you authorize SeatGeek, to charge the penalty to your payment method provided to us when making a listing.
