You can update the email address on your SeatGeek account in your account settings. Changing your SeatGeek account email does not change the email address used on current or past orders.
If you used the wrong email address on an order, you’ll need to contact support for help with that order.
Your SeatGeek account email is the email you use to sign in and manage your profile. This is different from the email address that may be attached to a specific order or used for ticket delivery.
How to update your SeatGeek account email
You can change your SeatGeek account email in your account settings.
- Open My Account.
- Select Personal Info.
- Next to Email, click Edit.
- Enter your new email address and your current password.
- Click Save.



If you’re using a desktop computer or mobile web browser, you may be asked to verify your identity with a security code sent by text or email. Enter the code to finish updating your account email.
Changing your SeatGeek account email does not update past or current orders
Updating the email address on your SeatGeek account only changes the email used for your SeatGeek profile and sign-in.
It does not update the email address used on:
- Current orders
- Past orders
- Ticket delivery for an order that was placed with a different email address
