Why was I charged twice?

As soon as you place an order on SeatGeek, a pending authorization hold is applied to your account.

In the unlikely case that your order is canceled or fails to go through, the charge is immediately voided and will not continue to process. If you attempt to place multiple orders, you will see multiple pending charges on your account. Depending on your bank, these pending charges will clear in 1-3 business days, maybe less. 

If you need the funds available sooner, please contact your bank directly to see if they can manually remove the pending authorization hold.
