Note:
Purchasing in CAD checkout is currently only available for eligible events. We are working to expand these features, but do not currently have a shareable timeline.

Why don’t I see CAD as an option?
CAD checkout may not be available for every event, ticket type, or location.
If you do not see CAD as an available option, the event may not currently support purchasing in Canadian Dollars.
Can I use CAD in the SeatGeek app?
Yes. Eligible events are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars in the current versions of the iOS and Android apps.
Unlike SeatGeek.com, the SeatGeek app doesn't have a currency selector. Instead, the SeatGeek app uses your device's region to determine your currency, and each event is priced in the currency the event is sold in.
To see CAD pricing in the app:
-
Make sure your device region is set to Canada by doing the following
-
On iPhone:
Navigate to Settings
Select "General" then "Language & Region"
Then select "Region" and choose Canada
Finally, fully close and reopen the SeatGeek app
-
On Android:
If you're having trouble, update the SeatGeek app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
Open an eligible event
You should see CAD prices appear as CA$
Important:
Setting your region to Canada does not convert every price to CAD. Events sold in US Dollars are still shown and charged in USD.
