Why was I charged twice?

As soon as you place an order on SeatGeek, a pending authorization hold is applied to your account.

In the unlikely case that your order is canceled or fails to go through, the charge is immediately voided and will not continue to process. If you attempt to place multiple orders, you will see multiple pending charges on your account. Depending on your financial institution, these pending charges should clear within several business days.

Please note that SeatGeek does not receive any funds from your account if the order is canceled or fails to go through so if you need the funds available sooner, please contact your bank directly to see if they can manually remove the pending authorization hold.
