SeatGeek promo codes (sometimes called SeatGeek Credit) can be entered in your account settings or during checkout. When a promo code is successfully applied, the discount will appear in your order total before you complete payment.
To use a promo code, you must be signed in to your SeatGeek account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one for free.
How to add a SeatGeek promo code
You can save a promo code to your account before making a purchase or add it during checkout.
Adding the code to your account
- Open the SeatGeek app.
- Tap Me in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Enter Promo Code.
- Enter your promo code and tap Done.
- Sign in to your SeatGeek account.
- Open Settings.
- Select Payment & Shipping.
- Click + Promo Code and enter your code.
Adding the code at checkout
At checkout, click Have a code? to select or add a promo code.
If a promo code is successfully applied, the discount will appear in your payment breakdown and order total before you place the order.
Important things to know about promo codes
SeatGeek does not provide promo codes upon request. Promo codes are typically distributed through partners, brand ambassadors, affiliates, or special promotions.
- Most promo codes are one-time use.
- Many promo codes are only valid for your first purchase.
- Some codes may require a minimum purchase amount.
- Promo codes may be restricted to certain events or ticket types.
If you have a SeatGeek account, promotional offers may also be sent to you by email.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Promo codes may not work for several reasons, including:
- The code is only valid for first-time buyers
- The order does not meet the minimum purchase amount
- The code has already been used
- The code is restricted to certain events
- The code has expired
You can review promo code restrictions in the Account section of your profile.
Can I use more than one promo code on a purchase?
Only one promo code can be used per purchase.
If you have multiple codes saved to your account, SeatGeek will automatically apply the newest eligible code during checkout.
You can remove it and choose a different code before placing your order.
What if I forgot to enter my promo code?
Promo codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
