Click Sign in at the top of any page on SeatGeek or create an account by visiting seatgeek.com/#register.
- Enter your email address.
- If your email is already associated with a SeatGeek account, you'll be prompted to sign in using a one-time passcode (OTP):
- Email OTP, or
- SMS OTP if your account has a phone number associated with it.
- If your email isn't associated with a SeatGeek account, you'll be prompted to create a new account.
Note:
When creating a SeatGeek account, you may be asked to verify your phone number which is supported in most countries but not all. Please refer to this article for a list of countries for which SeatGeek is currently unable to support text messages. Password login is currently unavailable. To sign in, you'll need to use a one-time passcode sent to your email or phone (if your account has a phone number).
How you'll receive your one-time passcode (OTP)
If your account has a phone number associated with it, the default verification method depends on the platform you're using:
- SeatGeek website (desktop): Email OTP
- Mobile web, iOS, and Android apps: SMS OTP
If your account doesn't have a phone number associated with it, your one-time passcode will be sent to your email.
