There are a couple possibilities of why this may be the case:
- It's possible you owe an amount from your invoice for the season. However, if you already paid your invoice, contact your rep and they will be able to get you sorted out!
- You need to add/ verify your phone number. For security reasons, selling on SeatGeek requires you to verify a mobile phone number. Click here for instructions.
- You need to add a payout method. Before selling any tickets, you will need to make sure you have a valid payout method so we can pay you! The information required is here.
- The barcodes are not released yet. It's common for barcodes to be delayed until closer to the start of the season or when the league's schedule is released.
