How do I access tickets delivered to the MLB Ballpark app?

MLB tickets will be delivered through the MLB Ballpark app or the team’s official ticket account manager.

If your tickets are delivered this way, you’ll need to create or sign in to an MLB Ballpark account using the same email address you used when placing your SeatGeek order.

Once your tickets are available, you’ll receive an email letting you know they’re ready to access in the MLB Ballpark app.

This article walks through how to access and view tickets delivered to the MLB Ballpark app.

Note: For some teams, your MLB Ballpark account may be linked to SeatGeek. In these cases, tickets may also appear in your SeatGeek app—but entry at the venue can still go through the MLB Ballpark app.

  1. Download the MLB Ballpark app and create an account—or sign in—using the same email address you used for your SeatGeek order.
  2. Verify your email address in the MLB Ballpark app. 
    1. Go to the Profile tab
    2. Select My MLB Account Emails 
    3. Make sure the email address used for your ticket purchase is listed and verified. You can resend a verification email from this screen if needed.
  3. Once your email is verified, your tickets will appear in the Wallet tab of the MLB Ballpark app.
  4. If you don’t see your tickets right away:
    1. Make sure the MLB Ballpark app is updated to the latest version.
    2. If you’re checking before game day, check again within 24 - 48 hours of the event. Many venues only display tickets closer to game time as a security measure.

You do not need to start from the ticket delivery email to access your tickets. You can go directly to the MLB Ballpark app and verify your email there.
