Why hasn’t my payout arrived yet?

If you sold tickets on SeatGeek and haven’t received your payout yet, don’t worry—this is usually due to payout timing or processing requirements.

When are payouts sent?

In most cases, payouts are sent after your event takes place, not when your tickets sell.

Once your payout is initiated, it typically arrives in your bank account within 5–7 business days.

If your event hasn’t happened yet, your payout is still on the way and will be processed shortly after the event.

Other reasons your payout may be delayed

If your event has already passed and you still haven’t received your payout, here are a few possible reasons:

  • Payout method not added or incomplete
You must add a valid payout method before we can send your funds.
  • Additional verification required
In some cases, we may need extra information to verify your identity for security or tax purposes.
  • Bank processing time
After we send your payout, your bank may take several business days to process and deposit the funds.
  • Issue with the order
If there was a problem with ticket delivery or the order, your payout may be delayed while it’s reviewed.

How can I check my payout status?

You can review your sold tickets and payout status in your account:

  • Go to your Listings or Activity page
  • Select the order to view its status
