Generally, no, but it depends on how your tickets were delivered.
If your tickets were delivered through a third-party mobile transfer
Mobile transfer tickets are sent by a third party (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or a team app). SeatGeek does not control those transfer emails and cannot resend them.
If you haven’t received your transfer email, try signing in directly to the third-party platform using the same email address you used for your SeatGeek order. If you are still unable to locate your tickets, contact our support team. Follow the instructions in this article to contact us.
If someone sent you tickets through SeatGeek
Tickets sent directly between SeatGeek accounts appear in the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account.
These do not require a third-party transfer email.
SeatGeek does not interfere with tickets sent from one account to another with the exception of issues or violations outlined in SeatGeek's terms of use.
If you already accepted your tickets
Once accepted, tickets are stored in the platform where they were delivered. You do not need the original transfer email again. Simply log into the platform where the tickets were delivered using the email address you used for your SeatGeek order.
