In most cases, the ticket delivery method shown at checkout stays the same; however, in rare situations, a delivery method may change due to a venue decision, seller update, or an event-related change.
When this happens, it’s not something SeatGeek controls or initiates. Sellers list tickets using the most accurate information available at the time of purchase, but venues can occasionally update how tickets are issued or distributed.
For example, tickets that were originally scheduled to be shipped may be reissued as mobile tickets, electronic tickets, or made available for pickup at will call.
If the delivery method for your tickets changes, you’ll be notified with updated instructions on how to access your tickets. Your tickets remain valid, and your order is still covered by the SeatGeek Buyer Guarantee.
If you have questions or need help accessing your tickets after a delivery method change, our support team is here to help. Learn how to contact SeatGeek Support.
