All ticket barcodes will be scanned directly from the official FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App at the gate. Use the buttons below to select the correct app for your device (iOS or Android). Then download the app and sign into your account to enter the stadium.
How World Cup tickets are delivered
All World Cup 2026 tickets purchased on SeatGeek are delivered through mobile transfer ticket delivery, not directly to your SeatGeek account, and are accessible at FIFA.com/tickets or on the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App.
How to accept your World Cup tickets
Your ticket may have been transferred through either the FIFA.com/tickets or the Official FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App. You may need to check both locations in order to accept your tickets.
How to accept tickets sent on the Official FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App:
- Download the Official FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App
- Sign in or create an account using the email address associated with your SeatGeek order
- Navigate to “Transactions”
- Locate your incoming "pending" mobile transfer
- Tap “Download All Tickets” to accept
- Display your tickets from “My Tickets” in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App to get in on match day!
How to accept tickets sent on FIFA.com/tickets:

Visit FIFA.com/tickets
- Scroll down to the World Cup 26 section, then select “Explore details” in the "tickets" card
- Select “Resell/Exchange Now”
- You will be redirected to the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace login page
- Sign in and enter the verification code sent to your registered email address
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the page
- You will be redirected to the homepage, where you will see the tickets that have been sent to you
- Click “Accept” to accept your tickets
- Display your tickets from “My Tickets” in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App to get in on match day!
Important Information:
- Tickets sent through the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App must generally be accepted within 72 hours or they may be returned to the sender.

All tickets should be accepted before kickoff, as the ability to accept tickets may be locked after the start of the match.
- Once you accept your tickets, seat and barcode information may take up to 10 minutes to fully appear on FIFA.com/tickets or the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App.
- In some cases, tickets may automatically appear in your FIFA account without having to accept a transfer. If you do not see your tickets after checking both the website and app, contact SeatGeek customer support for further troubleshooting.
What if I still don’t see my FIFA World Cup 26 tickets?
Tickets' QR codes will typically not appear until a few hours before kickoff within the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets App, and will not appear at all on FIFA.com/tickets.
