Note:
Many AXS tickets are converted into your AXS Mobile ID as a single QR code (square barcode). The AXS Mobile Id is scanned at the event just like a ticket, and it contains the information of all eligible tickets in your AXS account (even if you have tickets to multiple events).
Some venues require their tickets to be delivered via a third-party service called AXS. AXS tickets are delivered to AXS accounts within 24-48 hours of the event.
How do I access my AXS tickets?
When tickets are released (24-48 hours before the event), you will receive an email (usually from axs@axs.com) prompting you to access your tickets.
- Click the link in the email from AXS prompting you to view your tickets
- Create an account or log into AXS using the same e-mail address you provided when you placed your order on SeatGeek
- Go to "Your Events" in AXS to view your ticket details or view your "Mobile ID" to see the QR code which will be scanned for entry at the event
What is a Mobile ID?
AXS uses a single, mobile QR code called a Mobile ID which contains all the ticket data registered to your AXS account. Basically speaking, the Mobile ID is a single code which can be scanned for entry to all your AXS events.
I can't find or haven't received my AXS email
Don't worry! All you need to do is create or log into an AXS account using the email address you entered on your SeatGeek order. Once you've done that, your tickets will automatically appear in that account when they are transferred to you!
