AXS ticket delivery means your tickets are delivered to an AXS account, rather than directly to your SeatGeek account. These tickets are typically available 24–48 hours before the event.
Many venues require tickets to be delivered through AXS, a third-party ticketing platform. Once released by the venue, tickets appear in your AXS account and must be displayed from the AXS app or mobile website.

When will my AXS tickets be available?
Most tickets delivered to AXS become available 24–48 hours before the event. It’s very common for tickets to appear in your AXS account the day before or the day of the event.
When your tickets are ready, you’ll usually receive an email from axs@axs.com letting you know they’re available.
How do I access my tickets in AXS?
- Open the email from AXS and click the link to view your tickets, or go directly to the AXS app or mobile website.
- Create an AXS account—or sign in—using the same email address you used to place your SeatGeek order.
- Go to Your Events in AXS to view your tickets or your AXS Mobile ID.
Important: Tickets delivered to AXS cannot be moved into your SeatGeek account. They must be displayed from the AXS app or mobile website for entry at the venue.
I can’t find or didn’t receive an email from AXS
That’s okay—you don’t need the email to access your tickets.
As long as you sign in to AXS using the same email address from your SeatGeek order, your tickets will automatically appear in your AXS account once they’re available.
What is an AXS Mobile ID?
An AXS Mobile ID is a single, rotating QR code that contains all eligible tickets associated with your AXS account.
Event staff scan this one Mobile ID for entry—even if you have multiple tickets or tickets to more than one AXS event.
