If you resold any of your tickets on the SeatGeek platform to games that are later cancelled, and you’ve already been paid for the sale, SeatGeek will need to recoup the cost to provide refunds and credits to the buyer.
This will be taken out of any credit or monetary payment you would have received from the team for the original value of the tickets. Your rep will be able to give you details about any deductions from your Thorns Account Manager if this applies to you!
