How do I accept tickets sent to me on SeatGeek?

When someone sends tickets to you directly through SeatGeek, you’ll receive an email letting you know there’s a pending ticket in your SeatGeek account.

These tickets are sent and accepted entirely within SeatGeek. You do not need to use a third-party ticketing app or follow an external mobile transfer link.

Accepting tickets in your SeatGeek account

If you already have a SeatGeek account:
Sign in to the SeatGeek mobile app or website and open the Tickets section of your account. From there, you can accept the pending tickets.

If you don’t have a SeatGeek account yet:
You’ll be prompted to create one using the same email address the tickets were sent to. Once your account is created, you can accept and access your tickets.

Important

This article applies only to tickets sent directly between SeatGeek accounts.

Some tickets sold on SeatGeek are delivered through third-party platforms (such as mobile transfer, AXS, or league apps). If your tickets were delivered outside of SeatGeek, see How and when will my tickets be delivered?
