Can I change, cancel, or get a refund for my Harry Styles tickets?

SeatGeek’s policy is that all ticket sales are final. Once a Harry Styles ticket order is placed and confirmed, it generally can’t be changed, canceled, or refunded.

When could a refund or other resolution be available?

Limited exceptions may apply when:

• You purchased the optional Refundable Tickets service and meet its terms.
• The event is officially canceled.
• Your order qualifies for a resolution under the SeatGeek Buyer Guarantee.
• Applicable local law requires a refund.

If you purchased Refundable Tickets during checkout, the service may allow you to cancel your entire qualifying order up to 48 hours before the event. It must be selected when you purchase the tickets and can’t be added afterward.

Can I change my seats or switch to another Harry Styles show?

Orders generally can’t be changed after purchase to:

• Different seats or sections
• A different Harry Styles event
• A different number of tickets
