Connecting your Credit One Charleston Open account to your SeatGeek account is simple! You should have received an email from us with the subject line ‘Finish Connecting your Credit One Charleston Open account'. Just in case you don’t have that email, you can also click here and enter the email address associated with your Credit One Charleston Open account. We will then send you an email with a link for you to connect your account.
Once you click the link, you’ll be taken to SeatGeek, where you’ll be prompted to Login. If you don’t already have a SeatGeek account, click Register (next to Need an account?) to create an account.
From there, you’ll be taken to a page with your Credit One Charleston Open account and SeatGeek account details side by side. Click Connect. Once your accounts are linked, you’ll automatically be brought to your Account Manager.
