If you’ve listed your tickets but don’t see them on the Marketplace, don’t worry—your listing is usually still active.
There are a few common reasons why your tickets may not appear right away:
1. Listings are sorted by price and value
SeatGeek’s Marketplace prioritizes listings based on price and overall value.
If similar tickets are listed at a lower price, those listings may appear first—while higher-priced listings (like yours) may not be immediately visible.
2. General Admission (GA) and Standing Room listings
For General Admission (GA) or Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets, listings are grouped together.
In these cases, the Marketplace will typically show the lowest-priced tickets first.
If your listing is priced higher than others in the same group:
- Your tickets may not appear right away
- Your listing will become visible as lower-priced tickets sell or if you adjust your price
3. Your listing is active, but not highly ranked
Even if you don’t see your listing in search results, it can still be live and available for purchase.
Buyers may see your tickets after:
- Filtering results
- Zooming into a specific section
- Lower-priced listings sell out
How can I improve my listing visibility?
- Adjust your price to be more competitive
- Use Smart Pricing to automatically optimize your listing
- List your tickets earlier to give them more time to sell
Still not seeing your listing?
