- Log in to SeatGeek and go to Tickets.
- Select your order.
- Check the delivery status and instructions shown there.
Your tickets will appear on this page as mobile barcodes or a “View Tickets” button once they’re ready and released by the venue.
Mobile transfer delivery for Chris Brown and Usher tickets
Most other stadium shows will use mobile transfer delivery. In that case:
- Watch the email inbox associated with your SeatGeek purchase for a transfer email.
- Look for a message from the team, venue, or ticketing provider (for example, Ticketmaster or AXS) with a link or button to accept your tickets.
- Follow the link to sign in or create an account with the third‑party provider using the same email you used on SeatGeek.
- Accept the transfer and view your tickets in the third‑party app or website.
Tickets delivered by mobile transfer will remain in the third-party app and won’t move into your SeatGeek account after you accept them.
