Your Weezer: the Gathering tickets may appear in the SeatGeek app, be sent by mobile transfer, or be shipped, depending on the delivery method for your order. If your order is confirmed but you do not see a barcode yet, your tickets may still be on delayed delivery.
How to find your Weezer tickets
- Open the SeatGeek app.
- Tap Tickets or go to My tickets.
- Select your Weezer event.
If your Weezer tickets are mobile transfer tickets
If your tickets are being sent by mobile transfer, you may need to accept them through another ticket provider such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or a venue account.
You should receive an email with instructions for claiming the tickets. In many cases, you must sign in or create an account with that provider before you can view and use the tickets.
If your Weezer tickets are mobile e-tickets
If your tickets are mobile e-tickets, your barcode or QR code will appear directly in the SeatGeek app once the tickets are released.
If your Weezer tickets are PDF tickets
If the event allows PDF or print-at-home tickets, you may be able to download them from your SeatGeek account on the web or receive them by email.
If your Weezer tickets are shipped tickets
If your order includes paper tickets, they will be mailed to the shipping address you entered at checkout. Tracking details are usually available once the shipment is on the way.
If your order is confirmed but you do not see the tickets yet
If your order shows as Confirmed but your barcode is missing, that usually means your tickets have not been released yet. This is common for events that use delayed delivery.
