Where are my BTS tickets?

If you’ve purchased BTS tickets and don’t see them in your account yet, this is usually normal. Ticket delivery timing can vary depending on the ticket type and venue. This article explains where your BTS tickets will appear once they’re delivered, how mobile ticket transfers work, and what to do if your tickets haven’t arrived yet.


How to find your BTS tickets

BTS tickets will be delivered to your SeatGeek account or as mobile transfer tickets depending on the tour stop as outlined below.

BTS Ticket Delivery for M&T Bank Stadium and AT&T Stadium Arirang World Tour Dates

  • BTS tickets for shows at M&T Bank Stadium (August 10th & 11th, 2026) and AT&T Stadium (August 15th & 16th, 2026) will be delivered to your SeatGeek account.
  • After purchase, your tickets will appear in the “Tickets” section of your SeatGeek account (web or app).
  • You’ll also receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your tickets.

Ticket Delivery for All Other Tour Dates on the BTS World Tour Arirang 

  • BTS tickets purchased on SeatGeek for Arirang World Tour stops outside of M&T Bank Stadium and AT&T Stadium , will be delivered via mobile transfer.
  • You’ll receive a separate email with instructions to accept them.

What if I can’t find my BTS tickets?

  • Double-check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any transfer instructions.
  • Log in to your SeatGeek account and check the “Tickets” tab.
  • Ticket delivery timing depends on the venue and ticket type, and some tickets may not be available until closer to the event date.
