Can I list tickets for sale on SeatGeek and other marketplaces?

No. You should not list the same tickets for sale on SeatGeek and other marketplaces at the same time.

Listing tickets on multiple platforms can lead to a double sale (selling the same tickets twice), which creates a poor experience for buyers and violates SeatGeek’s Seller Terms.

Why can’t I list tickets in multiple places?

  • You are responsible for delivering valid tickets to the buyer on SeatGeek
  • If the same tickets sell on another platform, you may not be able to fulfill your SeatGeek order
  • Failure to deliver tickets can result in penalties, replacement costs, or loss of payment

What should I do if my tickets sell somewhere else?

If your tickets sell on another platform, you should immediately remove (delist) your listing from SeatGeek:

  • Go to Tickets in your SeatGeek account
  • Select the event
  • Tap Delist to remove your tickets from sale

What if my tickets sold on both platforms?

If your tickets were sold on another marketplace and on SeatGeek before you could delist them, contact SeatGeek Support as soon as possible:

Scroll down and tap Contact Support while viewing your order in the SeatGeek app. Click here to see how.

Important:

You are still responsible for fulfilling your SeatGeek sale. If you cannot deliver the tickets, additional charges or penalties may apply.
