How do I update the payment method in my Timbers & Thorns Account Manager?

To add a payment method for your Timbers & Thorns payment plan, log into your SeatGeek account on a desktop and head to your Account Manager. Once you're in the Account Manager you'll be prompted to add a credit card to your account.

Select the Payment tab followed by Update Payment Method in your Active Payment Plans. Then enter your card details, hit "save", and you’re all set!

The current card on my payment plan is expired.

In your Account Manager, select the Payment tab followed by Update Payment Method in your Active Payment Plans. Then enter your card details, hit "save", and you’re all set!

I want to change the card on my payment plan or I have a new card.

To edit your current payment method, log into your Account Manager, select the Payments tab, and scroll down until you see Active Payment Methods.

Press the button that says Update Payment Method, enter your new card details, hit the "save" button, and you're done!

I want to add a card to my Account Manager but not a payment plan.

If you would like to add a general payment method to your account, go over to your Account Manager, select the Profile tab followed by Update Payment Method or Add Payment Method. After that, just enter your card details, hit "save", and you’re all finished!

Note:

Payment methods added to your account in this way will not be charged for a payment plan. If you have a Timbers & Thorns payment plan, you must add a payment method to the plan in the Payments tab of your Account Manager.
