SeatGeek Swaps is a program where eligible tickets can be returned to SeatGeek in exchange for a Promo Code. Swaps-eligible tickets can be returned up to 72 hours before the event (or first event if you buy a series or bundle of tickets) with no questions asked!

How do I return my tickets using the SeatGeek Swaps offer?
Returning your tickets is super easy! If your order is eligible, you can navigate to the “My Tickets” section of your SeatGeek page, click into the order you wish to return, and hit the “Return Tickets” button.
From there, follow the prompts to confirm your return and complete the process. Depending on the type of tickets you purchased, we may need you to send your tickets back to us to complete the return, but don't worry! If that happens, we will send you all the instructions and information you need.
Once we’ve received your tickets, we’ll add a 100% SeatGeek Promo Code to your account which will be good for one year and one-time-use on SeatGeek.
Please note that the SeatGeek Swaps offer is only available up until 72 hours before your event. We cannot accept SeatGeek Swaps ticket returns within 72 hours of the event (or first event if you bought a series or bundle of tickets). Further terms & conditions apply. How do I know if my tickets are eligible to be returned?
Tickets that are eligible to be returned using the SeatGeek Swaps offer will have a “Return” button next to the “Send” and “Sell” buttons in the “My Tickets” section of your SeatGeek account. If your order is not eligible, you will only see the “Send” and “Sell” buttons. If you no longer wish to use tickets that are not eligible to be returned, you can still re-list them for sale on SeatGeek! Here are instructions on how to sell your tickets on SeatGeek.
What if my ticket or ticket package is for events over multiple days?
SeatGeek Swaps offers will be available on some ticket packages which include multiple event dates! Examples of these packages would be "full strip" tickets for March Madness and multi-day passes for events like festivals or sporting qualifiers.
SeatGeek Swaps will be available for the entire package until 72 hours before the date of the first event in the package. After that, no-part of the package is eligible to be swapped.
Can I return some, but not all, of my tickets in exchange for a partial Promo Code?
At this time, we cannot accept partial returns. If you don’t plan to use all of your tickets, you may be able to list the remaining tickets for sale on SeatGeek–here’s how.
Does my SeatGeek Promo Code expire, and can I use it across multiple purchases?
Yes, your SeatGeek Promo Code expires 12 months after it is applied to your account. During that time, you can purchase any promo-eligible tickets – so you can buy tickets to an event that is more than 12 months away, as long as you make the purchase within 12 months of the Promo Code being applied to your account.
Your SeatGeek Promo Code is one-time use, meaning you may only use it on a single purchase. If you purchase tickets for less than the total value of your Promo Code, you will not be able to use the remaining amount on another purchase.
What can I use my SeatGeek Promo Code on?
You may use your Promo Code on any promo-eligible tickets listed for any SeatGeek event. This means concerts, sporting events, comedy shows, theater, or even different tickets to the same event you originally purchased for! The majority of our listings are promo-eligible, but if you’d like to be sure, you can filter for promo-eligible listings in the filters menu at the top of any SeatGeek event page.
My tickets are eligible for SeatGeek Swaps, and I’d like to return them, but I paid with Affirm.
Your tickets will remain eligible for SeatGeek Swaps even if you’ve paid for your order with Affirm. Note that you’ll need to continue paying your loan with Affirm as agreed to, even after you return your tickets for your SeatGeek Swaps promo code.
