COVID-19 Update: Buying NFL Tickets for Games Held at Limited Capacity

Season Ticket Holders/Members for the Cowboys, Saints, or Cardinals:

As of 9/3/20, you should have already received communication from your team asking you what form of refund you'd like for the 2020 season being returned. In most situations, you were offered a 100% cash refund that goes directly to your payment method or you received an account credit that will go toward your season tickets for 2021 or for purchasing tickets to games held at limited capacity during fall 2020.

Please visit the 'offers' tab of your SeatGeek account manager or reach out to your season tickets rep to sort out the details of your 2020 package recoupment.

If they haven't already, your team will be sending out communication letting you know how and when you'll be able to purchase tickets to games being held at limited capacity due to COVID-19 no later than the week of 9/14/20.

What to know before you attend a game held at Limited Capacity:

  • Double-check with the venue you’re visiting for specific attendance requirements.  Venues may have varying requirements depending on the state they are located in or the type of venue.  We encourage you to contact them before going to make sure you’re prepared!
  • Bring your smartphone.  Many venues will be going mobile-only to reduce contact this season, so you’ll want to have your phone so you can display your tickets.
  • Don’t forget your mask!  All fans attending NFL games this season are required to wear face coverings.
