The ticketing industry is moving away from physical tickets but here are the few different ways that you may receive them!
Your ticket or wristband will be mailed to you via UPS or FedEx and will be delivered within 48 hours of the event. You will receive a tracking number when the tickets are ready to ship out. Wristbands for festivals like Coachella are also delivered within 48 hours of the event as well. Do not put on your wristband before the event.
If you don't see any movement on your shipment, it's likely that the seller hasn't received the tickets from the venue yet but is preparing your order to be shipped. We suggest checking the tracking number closer to the event. Your tickets are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event, as per our Buyer Guarantee.
If you have trouble finding your tickets, try checking the areas near your front door (bushes, mailbox areas, under your doormat, etc) for your tickets or to check with a neighbor.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and up to date to avoid delays in shipment. These tickets will be available at the venue’s Will Call window under the name provided on the order. Make sure to bring your ID.

You will be contacted by the seller prior to the event to arrange a pickup location near the venue where you can get your tickets. For more information about local pickup tickets, click here.
The seller will get in touch with you beforehand to arrange a time and place to meet. The representative will then meet you at the venue and walk you into the event.
