When will I receive my tickets?

Although tickets can be delivered to your account instantly, there may be a period of time between your order confirmation and when you receive the tickets.

Tickets that are uploaded to your SeatGeek account or sent to you via email can be delivered within 24-48 hours of the event as a security measure in order to keep your tickets safe. There can be a slight delay in the delivery of your tickets for orders made on the night before or the same day of the event, as sellers may have to manually send your tickets via email or upload them to your account.

What if I buy tickets on the day of the event?
Some tickets need to be manually uploaded or sent via a third-party so there may be a brief period of time before your tickets are delivered — even if the event is the same day.
