When will I receive my tickets?

Although tickets can be delivered to your account instantly, there may be a period of time between your order confirmation and when you receive the tickets.

Most tickets are uploaded to your SeatGeek account or delivered to you via email within 48 hours of the event. This is a practice followed by venues to keep your tickets safe. There can be a slight delay in the delivery of your tickets for orders made on the same day of the event, since sellers may have to manually send your tickets via email or upload them to your account.

What if I buy tickets on the day of the event?
Some tickets need to be manually uploaded or sent via a third-party so there may be a brief period of time before your tickets are delivered — even if the event is the same day. You'll receive the tickets for your order shortly after being confirmed, usually within a couple of hours and you're guaranteed to receive them in time for the event. What if I don't receive the tickets in that timeframe?
