When will I receive my tickets?

Although tickets can be delivered to your account instantly, there may be a period of time between your order confirmation and when you receive the tickets. You may not receive mobile transfer tickets until within 24 hours of the event due to delayed release policies that venues use to keep your tickets safe. 

As a result, sellers have to manually send your tickets via email or upload them to your account, sometimes on the day of the event. Your order is always backed by our Buyer Guarantee, so you'll receive your tickets in time for the event. If you still haven't received your tickets within 24 hours of the event start, you can contact us and we'll help you out!

I have E-Tickets

These will be uploaded to your SeatGeek account within 24 hours of the event. You can access your e-tickets via the SeatGeek app or mobile website. For more information, click here.

I have Mobile Transfer or AXS tickets

These will be delivered to you via a third-party email, but the email may not arrive until within 24 hours of the event. For more information, click here.

I have Shipped tickets or wristbands

These will be delivered to your door within 48 hours of the event. For more information, click here.

The event is today and I haven't received my tickets.

Venues usually make tickets available outside of a seller's business hours, so you may receive them on the day of the event. If you purchased tickets on the same day as the event then you'll receive them shortly after your order is confirmed, usually within a couple of hours.

If your tickets were supposed to be mailed to you, contact us.

Tickets may need to be manually uploaded or sent via a third-party, so there can be a brief wait for your tickets to be delivered — even if the event is on the same day. What if I don't receive the tickets in that timeframe?
