Although tickets can be delivered to your account instantly, there may be a period of time between your order confirmation and when you receive the tickets. Tickets that are uploaded to your SeatGeek account or sent to you via email can be delivered within 24 hours of the event. This is due to security measures that venues use to keep your tickets safe.
As a result, sellers have to manually send your tickets via email or upload them to your account, sometimes on the day of the event. Your order is backed by our Buyer Guarantee, so you'll receive your tickets in time for the event.
