MLB mobile transfer tickets are transferred through the home team’s mobile ticket account manager and the MLB Ballpark app. You will receive an email invite which will prompt you to download the MLB Ballpark app, then you'll need to create an account with MLB ballpark app using the same email address you provided for your SeatGeek order at checkout.
After you have created an account with the MLB Ballpark app, you will need to link the account with that home team’s ticketing account. The home team’s account is automatically created with your email once the transfer is sent to you. Once the account is linked within the Ballpark app, you'll be able to display the tickets from within the MLB Ballpark app!
Sounds simple right? Just in case, we’ve provided some detailed steps for you below.
- Download the MLB Ballpark app, create an account with your email (used at checkout), and select the home team as your team.
- Click on the “Wallet” button on the bottom of the screen and select “Link Account.” (This will link your MLB Ballpark account to the team’s account that is automatically created when a transfer is sent to you.)
- Then again, select the Home team as the account you’d like to link, input your email address under that team’s venue and click “Verify”. You’ll then receive an email to verify your account, so be sure to follow the prompts until you are notified that your accounts have been successfully linked.
- Head back to the MLB Ballpark app’s “Wallet.” You should now be able to view your tickets. However, if you’re still having issues viewing them simply refresh the wallet section or log out and log back in.
