I've lost my tickets. What do I do?

If you have lost your hardstock tickets, we can make a request for the seller to reissue your hardstock tickets or convert them to an electronic format, but this is not something all sellers can do so there is no guarantee that they will be able to accommodate this request.  Reach out to us at hi@seatgeek.com so we can check on this option for you.

If you cannot locate your electronic tickets, let us know so we can take a look and help you locate the account they were fulfilled to.
