Can I place an order from overseas?

SeatGeek's Marketplace does not currently opperate in all countries. Please read the below for information on placing orders, selling tickets, and accessing SeatGeek online or via the SeatGeek mobile app.

Buying Tickets

Listings from SeatGeek's vendors are only able to process billing information and telephone numbers from the US, Canada, or Mexico. 

However, any tickets from our partnered teams listed here, are able to accept international payment methods via our app or web browser.

Selling Tickets

SeatGeek currently only accepts individual resale listings from individuals with a US bank account and phone number.

Accessing SeatGeek if You Have Placed an Order

SeatGeek's website and mobile app are not available in all countries. The best thing to do is wait until you are in the US or Canada and then download the app and login with the same email and password that you set at checkout. 

If someone you know is transferring tickets to you, simply make your SeatGeek account - once you are in the US or Canada - using the email address or phone number that the tickets were transferred to. 

We plan on expanding these options in the future. In the meantime, if you're looking to purchase tickets to an event that SeatGeek is not partnered with and you know someone with an acceptable payment method, they can purchase on your behalf and send those tickets to you via the SeatGeek app with a paid or unpaid transfer.
