Venues decide whether the tickets to an event have to be printed or shown from a mobile device. You can pull up your order in the Tickets section of your SeatGeek account to find out whether you have to print your tickets or use your phone to get in.
If mobile entry is enabled for your event, you can simply use the SeatGeek app to enter hundreds of stadiums, arenas, and theaters. However, the policies that venues set for mobile entry can vary.
Some venues require that the tickets are printed before arrival, while others may require the tickets to be shown from a mobile device. We'll let you know if your tickets need to be printed or if you can use your phone via email.

1. Open the SeatGeek app and tap Tickets.
2. Select the event that you want to view.
3. If your tickets can be scanned from your phone, the barcode will be displayed if the tickets are available.

Some venues may require the tickets to be printed in order to enter the event. If the venue requires the tickets to be printed, you'll see the message this ticket must be printed at home instead of a barcode.
