iOS Android Web

1. Open the SeatGeek app.

2. Tap Tickets in the navigation bar at the bottom.

3. Select the ticket group you'd like to sell.

4. Tap Sell on the ticket group and set the number of tickets that you want to sell and how they're split.

5. Set your price and tap List tickets. Some events may require that tickets have a minimum price when they are listed for sale. Don't worry! If that's the case for your event and you try setting the price of your tickets too low, you will receive a message letting you know the minimum listing amount.

6. You can edit or delist your listings by tapping Edit or Delist at any time before the event begins.

Note:

The SeatGeek Marketplace only accepts PDF tickets, screenshots of mobile tickets, MLB mobile barcodes, some college event mobile tickets, and NFL mobile barcodes at this time. For more information about the kinds of tickets you sell on the SeatGeek Marketplace, click here.

Where is my listing? I listed my tickets, but I cannot see them on SeatGeek.

If your tickets are located in a section or parking lot that is considered “general admission”, please keep in mind that our Marketplace will prioritize the lowest priced listings. If your general admission ticket listing is priced at a higher price point compared to other listings, your listing will be put in a queue. Your listing will then appear once it is listed at a lower price compared to the current resale marketplace, or if the other lower priced tickets have already sold.

If your tickets are not considered “General Admission” and you are still unable to see your listing, please contact SeatGeek support to further review.

How long will it take to get paid after selling tickets?

We will send your payout within 48 hours after the event ends (as long as you have added and verified your payout method) and it will take up to 5 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.

Do you charge a seller fee?

You can upload and list your tickets for free on SeatGeek. If you sell that ticket, we do collect a small fee of 10%. This is to keep our platform healthy and running. When you type in the price for which you want to sell your ticket, you’ll be paid whatever that price was, minus 10%.

The image below shows what you will see prior to listing your tickets for sale. If you look here, you will see the exact amount you will be paid out.
