A payout method is where you’ll receive payment for tickets you have sold on SeatGeek - like team credit (for select partner teams) and bank accounts. For most events, you will receive your payout for sold tickets within 5 business days after the event takes place.
We currently support payouts to residents within the United States (excluding US territories) with United States bank accounts and Canadian residents with Canadian bank accounts. The bank account used as a payout method must be owned by the SeatGeek account owner. In some cases, select United States and Canadian bank accounts may not be supported.
- Log in and visit seatgeek.com/account. You can also add a payout method when you list tickets for sale for the first time.
- Select “Payments & shipping”
- Then, select the “Payout” tab
- Select “Add payout method”
- Finally, complete the prompts with your bank information to finish adding your payout method.

No problem! Just go to your Payment & Shipping page to correct your payout method.
Your bank payout will automatically be processed again within 24 hours once the payout method is edited, but please still allow up to 5 days to receive your funds.
