Did my order go through?

After ordering tickets on SeatGeek, we’ll communicate status updates about your order via email. This can include if your order is pending, confirmed, and fulfilled, or canceled.

You'll find out if your order is canceled or confirmed within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is confirmed, then your tickets will be sent to you via email, shipped to you, or uploaded to your SeatGeek account in time for the event. 

We also help you keep track of your order's status in the Tickets section of your account. If you haven't received any emails, check your spam folder or login to your SeatGeek account and check this section to find out how and when your tickets will be delivered.
